We need someone who can hit the ground running, with minimal ramp-up and a real feel for the work.

We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to cover a maternity leave on a fixed-term contract. This is a senior-level coverage role. You'll be stepping in to manage one of our busiest rosters, so we need someone who can operate with the confidence, judgment, and relationship skills of a leader from day one.

You'll have real ownership from the start, managing relationships with leading creators and brands at an established agency with a strong reputation and roster. It's meaningful, high-impact work alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

What you will do

Campaign execution and management

  • Lead the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns for your roster, from kickoff through delivery and final reporting
  • Keep campaigns on track by staying ahead of deadlines, reviewing content against the brief, and resolving issues before they escalate
  • Collect post-campaign metrics and share results with the client
  • Maintain a high bar for quality and brand safety across everything that goes out

Creator and client communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a roster of creators, guiding them through campaign requirements and supporting their success
  • Manage client relationships with professionalism and care, including the more sensitive conversations that come with high-stakes partnerships
  • Coordinate briefing calls, feedback, and revisions so everyone stays aligned

Financial and administrative management

  • Own the invoicing and financial details for your campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Keep documentation organized and audit-ready throughout each campaign

Data and dashboard management

  • Keep all campaign data, calendars, and dashboards current so the wider team always has a clear picture of roster activity
  • Track milestones, availability, and key dates with a sharp eye for detail

Talent support

  • Advocate for your creators, document their preferences, and help them deliver their best work
  • Anticipate risks to creator relationships and campaign delivery, and act on them proactively
  • Schedule quarterly strategy calls with your creators to share feedback and strategize on upcoming opportunities
What we are looking for
  1. 4+ years of experience in campaign or account management, ideally within influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field
  2. A natural relationship-builder who can navigate complex creator and client dynamics with diplomacy and confidence
  3. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a sharp eye for detail across many moving pieces
  4. A clear, calm communicator who stays solutions-focused under pressure
  5. Comfort working independently and making smart decisions without constant direction
  6. Experience with project management tools and a quick learner with new platforms
  7. A genuine passion for influencer marketing and the creator economy
