Campaign Coordinator

About Platform

Platform is a leading influencer management agency representing over 90 creators across North America. We're looking for a Toronto-based Campaign Coordinator to support our Campaign Management team, running campaigns from start to finish and stepping in wherever the team needs an extra set of hands.

This is an entry-level role for someone who takes initiative and can own a project with little supervision. You'll work across our full creator roster, which makes it a hands-on way to learn influencer campaign management from the inside.

What you will do

Campaign Execution

  • Support our Campaign Managers by coordinating influencer campaigns from start to finish during busy periods
  • Keep creators and clients on track with deadlines, deliverables, and content revisions
  • Review creator content before it goes to the client to make sure it’s on brief and error free

Creator and Client Communication

  • Be a clear, responsive point of contact for creators and clients on your campaigns
  • Coordinate briefing calls, product gifting, and campaign updates
  • Send event invitations to creators and help keep them engaged with Platform

Team Support

  • Cover campaigns for teammates during vacations and busy periods
  • Keep the team informed with regular updates and smooth handoffs
  • Support team projects and day-to-day administrative needs

Reporting and Organization

  • Gather campaign performance results and share them with clients
  • Keep campaign records, timelines, and files accurate and up to date
  • Flag risks early, like late content or brand safety concerns

What we are looking for

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, campaign coordination, or a related field. Internships and co-ops count.
  • Initiative and independence. You can own a campaign or project from start to finish with little supervision and know when to flag an issue.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle several deadlines at once
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication with creators, clients, and teammates
  • Flexibility. Priorities shift with team volume, and you may support several people in the same week.
  • A genuine interest in the creator economy and the social landscape
  • Comfort learning new tools quickly, with Google Workspace experience as a plus

Why join Platform

You’ll learn campaign management across an established roster of creators, working alongside a team that runs hundreds of campaigns every month. It’s a role with real responsibility from day one and room to grow.

This is a full-time, salaried role based in Toronto, hybrid with one day per week in office. Starting salary is $40,000, with:

  • Three weeks of vacation
  • Two weeks off during the holidays
  • Summer Fridays
  • Health Benefits package
