U.S. Partnerships Manager

About Platform

Platform is a leading influencer management agency representing over 90 creators across North America. As we expand in the U.S., we are looking for a revenue-driven U.S. Partnerships Manager to help grow our U.S. business through premium brand collaborations. This role is ideal for someone with ad sales, influencer talent sales or media sales experience, a strong network, and a proven track record of closing deals.

What you will do

New Business and Revenue Growth

  • Own a personal sales target and build a strong, reliable pipeline of brand and agency deals
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new partnerships with advertisers, media agencies, and brands across the U.S.
  • Leverage your existing relationships and develop new ones to drive repeat business and multi-campaign deals

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted partner to senior marketing, media buying, and brand leads
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify briefs, and quickly match the right creators to each opportunity
  • Host and attend client meetings, events, and presentations to deepen relationships and uncover new budgets

Campaign Negotiation and Deal Closure

  • Negotiate campaign budgets, scope, and terms confidently, using Platform’s rate guidelines as a starting point
  • Structure smart partnerships that balance client goals, creator value, and long-term revenue potential
  • Lead the redlining and contracting process with support from our internal templates and processes

Talent Representation and Packaging

  • Develop a deep understanding of our U.S. creators, their audiences, verticals, and brand fit
  • Package creators in compelling, sales-ready ways for marketers and brand teams
  • Proactively pitch creators and negotiate their incoming deals

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Partner with Campaign Managers to transition closed deals into flawless execution
  • Track all outreach, pipeline, and deals in Monday.com and internal systems
  • Share regular updates on performance, market feedback, and new opportunities with leadership

What we are looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, influencer partnerships, or a related revenue-focused role
  • A strong understanding of the U.S. creator and social landscape, including how brands buy and measure influencer campaigns
  • A contact list of brand and agency buyers you can tap into from day one
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or partnership KPIs
  • Confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with senior decision-makers
  • Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with both creators and clients
  • A proactive mindset, comfortable hunting for new business and owning results
  • Based in New York or Miami (or nearby) is a plus, with flexibility for in-person meetings and industry events
